River Valley Designs opened it's doors in November of 1993. The building was once an Optometrist Office until Pat and Barb Tracey bought it in 1993. After much renovation and an addition to the backside of the building, River Valley Designs opened for business. Barb has been in business for 17 years and has established herself as the florist in Savanna, Illinois. River Valley Designs offers a variety of floral products, including fresh and silk, along with many gift and novelty items.
